CFSP
The CFSP (Certified Foodservice Professional) program was established in 1987 by the NAFEM organisation with the objective to raise the professional standards and quality of the foodservice industry, and to encourage continuing educational development among foodservice professionals.
The CFSP program continues to be offered in North America by NAFEM, and is also offered in the UK by CESA, and in Australia by NAFES. The links are:
