WELCOME TO GLOBAL FOODSERVICE EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES SUMMIT

In October 2015 representatives of 14 trade bodies representing 33 countries took part in the first ever Global Foodservice Equipment & Supplies Leadership Summit in Milan, Italy. 

Chaired by Douglas Fryett, the meeting agreed to enter into a Framework for Future Co-operation/Memorandum of Understanding to create a platform named Global Foodservice Equipment & Supplies Summit aimed at gathering together associations representing catering equipment appliance manufacturers from different parts of the world in an informal way.

The parties have agreed to collaborate and share best practices on subjects of data sharing, safety and energy standards, sustainability regulations, global design standards and the education and development of future industry leaders.
